Dawn Patrol Winter Eclectic Competition

After some discussion, we’ve decided to expand our playdays to include Fridays. Firstly because of the number of players on a Wednesday all trying to get their cards in and secondly with the looming changing weather, fog or mist may affect our ability to play on certain days.

This change will help to ensure that everyone has the chance to complete their six required rounds before the cutoff date of Wednesday December 18th. Don’t forget, our Dawn Patrol Christmas Lunch is set for Friday, December 20th!

Therefore, beginning this Friday, November 15th, you can choose to submit an Eclectic card on either or both Wednesdays and Fridays. As per the current rules you must declare your intensions before teeing off.

Given today’s large turnout, we’re also suggesting an earlier start time for the players arriving first at the clubhouse. The goal is to have a ‘mini draw’ and get a few groups out on the course early, rather than waiting until 8:00 AM. To keep the pace of play brisk and efficient these groups will be asked to go directly to the 2nd tee skipping out the 1st hole.
