Dawn Patrol Christmas Competition and Lunch – Friday 19th December
The list for the Dawn Patrol Christmas Competition and Lunch is now available on the Dawn Patrol notice board.
Fully Subscribed – Reserve slots available!!
The cost for the event, which includes a two-course Christmas meal, is £35. Please make all payments to Alex Annal.
Course Update
We anticipate that hole 6 will be closed starting Monday. If this happens, please proceed directly to the 7th tee after finishing at the 5th green. Since the hole will be out of play, even if a temporary green is provided, it will not be included for eclectic purposes.
For the Cliff Rogers competition (subject to any published changes), holes that are on temporary greens or are out of play will each count as 2 Stableford points. I recommend we apply the same approach for the Dawn Patrol competition that day.
The Winter Eclectic 2025
The Dawn Patrol Eclectic Competition is gaining momentum. It will run through to Wednesday 17th of December 2025.
NEW – Below the leaderbord there is now a Record of Cards Submitted. See image below. Yellow highlighted indicates 6 cards submitted and therfore complete. See Here:
- PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A DATE ON YOUR CARD
- IF I AM NOT THERE LEAVE YOUR CARDS BEHIND THE BAR TOGETHER WITH THE CARDS FOR THE DAWN PATROL COMPETITION. (In the wooden bowl)
- Make sure your card is marked “Dawn Patrol Eclectic”.
- Only record Gross Scores
Avoid slow play. Make sure you keep up with the group ahead, and if you can’t improve your eclectic score or help your team’s score, please pick up.
Temp Greens in November – We obviously need to see the extent of the disruption we will face in November. However we are introducing a rule that if a hole has a temp green, it can’t count towards your eclectic score. We will be monitoring the situation and update you as required.
Eclectic results are back on the website. See Main menu / Eclectic. Or navigate from Here:
