Dawn Patrol News from Alex, Kevin and Martin

The Dawn Patrol has grown dramatically over the last year such that we now have over 50 members. We are by far the largest group at Kingsdown Golf Club.

In addition to our regular 3 competitions a week we try and organise additional events such as

The Ryder Cup against the Saga Louts

The Christmas competition and dinner

The John Cowie Cup.

Over the last 6 months Rod Bird has done a fabulous job not only keeping count of the handicaps but designing and keeping up a really good website.

He has improved our communications considerably.

Bearing the above in mind we have asked Rod to join us in helping run the group, and I am glad to say Rod has agreed.

I am sure this will meet the approval of all Dawn Patrollers.
