However if you can be at the club 20-30 minutes before your slot\, we will see if we can “beat the clock” \nIf any of you cannot play\, can you please let Alex or myself know as we have 3 able and willing reserves. \nThe format will be Bowmaker 2 from 3 to count and to include the famous yellow ball (don’t lose it) to count double. \nHandicaps will be restricted to max 28 and playing handicaps will be 90% of club handicap or 28 whichever is the lower. \nThere will also be a couple of nearest the pins and nearest the flag on second shot. \nAs always we are on a tight deadline to get all 36 players round and back in for lunch around 1.30-2pm. DESCRIPTION:Dev Jathoul has made an announcement suggesting a revival of the Dawn Patrol Christmas Dinner/Party to include Members\, Wives and Partners. \nThe event will take place on Friday 15 December at the Leigh Park Country House Hotel\, near Bradford-On-Avon from 7:00pm to 12:pm during which a 3-course meal will be served (see attached menu) with entertainment provided at a cost of £42.50 per head with a £10 deposit required per person. \nDetails will be posted on the notice board with a provision to apply your full name plus the full name of anyone who you will be inviting and to select a choice from the menu (starters\, main and dessert). \nPlease inform Dev Jathol or Larry St Croix if there are any special dietary requirements. \nThe hotel has reserved a number of rooms for anyone who wishes to stay over. A special price has been offered of £99.00 per double room with breakfast. \nTo book a room you can contact the hotel direct stating the event ‘Dawn Patrol Christmas Dinner’ alternatively contact Dev Jathol or Larry St Croix to assist.
